The contents of this months pack is being shown on socials and will not be a surprise (sorry!). This is because it is my first month of doing this. Please sign up by the 23rd September to receive October Mail.

EU shipping is currently paused due to new regulations. I am hoping there is a workaround soon for this. Will keep you posted (and apologies!)

I ship out the letters on or before the 29th of each month so it arrives to you by the following month. If you sign up before the 23rd on that month, you will receive that months letter. If you sign up after the 23rd, your first letter will be the following month. This gives me time to order the stock for the letters.
UK shipping can take around 3 business days to arrive once shipped. This will take longer during busy periods like Christmas.
International shipping could take around 10-15 working days to arrive once shipped. However please note that this may take longer depending on the time of year & location. -
The beauty of snail mail is the slow-paced nature of it but mail still can get lost or delayed. For international orders, after the shipping date each month (which is the 29th) - please allow 10 -15 working days. If this has not arrived, please contact me at hello@millieillustrates.com and I can look into this for you.
For any UK orders - please allow 7-9 working days for this to arrive after the 29th of each month before you contact me (as it could just be delayed). Please email hello@millieillustrates.com if you need assistance!

I currently ship to the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Switzerland, Japan, & New Zealand.
I am currently not shipping to any EU countries due to new regulations put in place. I am hoping this changes soon or there is a workaround so I can ship to you ASAP. Please know I am constantly looking at ways to resolve this.

Please email me on hello@millieillustrates.com ASAP and I can amend this for you on my internal subscription system. Make sure to email before the 23rd of the month to make sure I have time to amend this before new ones are beginning to be packed and shipped.

You can cancel at anytime, just email me hello@millieillustrates.com. Please note if your letter has already been sent out that month (29th), you will not get a refund. It will be cancelled for the following month.
