Size guide for prints:

Size:
A5 - 148mm / 210mm (5.8 inches / 8.3 inches)
A4 - 210mm / 297 mm (8.3 inches / 11.7 inches)
A3 - 297mm / 420mm (11.7 inches / 16.5 inches)

A2 - 420mm / 594mm (16.5 inches / 23.4 inches)

A1 - 594mm / 841mm (23.4 inches / 33.1 inches) not bordered - SEE INFO BELOW

What paper is used for prints?

Currently, all of our prints are printed on beautiful 230gsm archival matt paper.

A2 prints are printed on: 350gsm silk

A1 prints are printed on: beautiful 315gsm art paper

Are frames included?

no, frames are not included with any order.

I have not received my order, what do I do?

For international deliveries, there can be delays due to customs and just general postage delays. Please allow a few extra days.

Each order is sent with tracked delivery - check your dispatch email - this should include your tracking number to see where your parcel is.

I'd like to cancel my order

Please email hello@millieillustrates.com to advise of cancellation. However, if this has already been shipped I am afraid we cannot cancel or refund.

The item I wanted is now out of stock

We work to make sure there is stock available to all and are constantly making new releases. We would advise to sign up to our mailing list to make sure you don't miss the next release & can get early bird access.

USA Tariffs

USA tariffs have now been introduced. This means that anyone purchasing from the USA will have to pay an extra charge at checkout to cover these costs. There will be a tick box that you have to select before you can checkout.

To keep things simple and transparent:

• An estimated tariff charge will be added at checkout for U.S. orders.

• This charge helps cover the cost of import duties imposed by U.S. Customs.

• We ship using PDDP (Postal Duties Delivered Paid) through Royal Mail, which means:

  • You won’t be asked to pay any extra fees when your order arrives.

  • The duties are already handled on your behalf.

Some orders may differ in Tariff fee due to where these items were manufactured. Some items are FREE of tariff - for example Art Prints.
