Do you ship worldwide?

yes we do! Shipping is available to all countries.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

If you have an international order - you may have to pay custom fees before this can get delivered to you. This is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs. Please note also, if you order from EU it is also your responsibility to pay any VAT and customs charges when this arrives in your country - this is under the new tax laws. I would recommend paying the extra for tracked shipping so you can see if this has been delayed due to tax payment. Alternatively, EU customers can order on my Etsy Shop whereby it allows you to pay the VAT/Custom fees upfront.

Where do you ship from?

Everything is packed and shipped from my home studio in the UK.

What company do you use to ship?

We use royal mail to ship all of the parcels.

When will you dispatch my order?

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

How long do international orders take to be delivered?

Depending on whereabouts you are in the world, international orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive in busy periods (such as Christmas). It is often delivered before 4-6 weeks but I would recommend using the tracked shipping option to see exactly where your order is. Please do order ahead if this is for a gift etc!

Do you offer tracking?

The tracking option should be available on all international orders. You will have the option to chose this according to your preferences. You will be sent a tracking number and it will be your responsibility to track this before it is delivered. 

Are UK orders shipped first class?

Yes, all of our UK orders are shipped first class for speedy delivery.
