Do you ship worldwide?

yes we do! Shipping is available to all countries.

NEW: USA Tariffs

USA tariffs have now been introduced. This means that anyone purchasing from the USA will have to pay an extra charge at checkout to cover these costs. There will be a tickbox you have to select before you can checkout.

To keep things simple and transparent:

• An estimated tariff charge will be added at checkout for U.S. orders.

• This charge helps cover the cost of import duties imposed by U.S. Customs.

• We ship using PDDP (Postal Duties Delivered Paid) through Royal Mail, which means:

  • You won’t be asked to pay any extra fees when your order arrives.

  • The duties are already handled on your behalf.

Some orders may differ in Tariff fee due to where these items were manufactured. Some items are FREE of tariff - for example Art Prints.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

If you place an international order, you may be required to pay customs fees or import taxes before your package can be delivered. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping costs.

For customers ordering from the EU, please note that due to recent tax law changes, you are also responsible for paying any VAT and customs fees when your order arrives in your country.

The tracked shipping service I offer means you can monitor your package and see if any customs-related delays occur.

Alternatively, if you’re an EU customer, you can shop on our Etsy store, where VAT and customs fees can be paid upfront at checkout for a smoother delivery experience.

Where do you ship from?

Everything is packed and shipped from my home studio in the UK.

I have ordered an A1 print, when will this arrive?

My A1 prints are printed & shipped by a trusted 3rd party - after you have ordered - it will take them 5-6 days to ship your order. You may receive an email from them with any tracking information. Depending on your country, it will take time for it to arrive to you after it has been shipped! 

What company do you use to ship?

We use royal mail to ship all of the parcels.

When will you dispatch my order?

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days (bank holidays not included)

How long do international orders take to be delivered?

Please check your tracking information for this information. Every order is sent tracked - however at busy periods like Christmas, things can take longer to arrive to you. 

Do you offer tracking?

All orders are sent tracked. You will be sent a tracking number and it will be your responsibility to track this before it is delivered. 

How are UK orders shipped?

The 48 hour tracked shipping service with ROYAL MAIL is used.
